Every Compuwyze product comes with a comprehensive 12-month hardware warranty as standard.
What's Covered
Hardware Failures
CPU, RAM, motherboard, PSU, and onboard controllers that fail under normal operating conditions.
Drive Failures
Hard drives and SSDs included with your order, confirmed by SMART diagnostics.
Network & I/O Cards
Included NIC, HBA, RAID, and expansion cards that fail under normal use.
Included Accessories
Rails, bezels, and other accessories included with your order at time of purchase.
What's Not Covered
- Physical damage caused by the customer after delivery (drops, impacts, liquid damage)
- Damage from incorrect installation, overclocking, or use outside rated specifications
- Software, firmware, BIOS issues, or operating system failures
- Data loss — we strongly recommend backing up all data before raising a warranty claim
- Consumable parts such as fans or batteries subject to natural wear
- Damage from power surges or inadequate power supply not provided by us
- Items where serial numbers have been removed or tampered with

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Contact Our Support Team Email [email protected] with your order number, a description of the fault, and any diagnostic information (error codes, POST beeps, etc.). Photos or video of the issue are helpful.

Remote Diagnosis Our engineers may attempt to diagnose the issue remotely. In many cases we can identify the fault without the item needing to be returned.

Return Authorisation If the item needs to come back to us, we will issue an RMA number and arrange a collection at our expense. Please do not return items without an RMA number.

Repair or Replacement We aim to repair or replace faulty items within 5–10 business days. Where a direct replacement is not available we will contact you to discuss alternatives.
Your Statutory Rights
Our warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If you are a business customer, different terms may apply — please contact us to discuss.
